HP PRINTER SETUP ON WINDOWS

Install the HP Smart app or Drivers
- Open your browser and visit HP’s support website.
- Enter your printer model (example: DeskJet / LaserJet / OfficeJet).
- Download the HP Smart app or the full driver package.

Run the installer
- Double-click the downloaded setup file.
- Follow the on-screen steps and accept permissions if asked.
- Select connection type: USB or Wi-Fi.

Add printer from Windows settings
- Go to Start → Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners.
- Click Add device or Add a printer or scanner.
- Select your HP printer and finish pairing.

Print a test page
- Open the printer in the list and choose Printer properties.
- Click Print Test Page to confirm everything works.
Now your HP printer should be ready to use on Windows. If it still shows Offline, restart the router and run “Troubleshoot” once.
